The Lymphatic Brush Set by Cecily Braden – Limited Edition
Cecily Braden has reimagined her patented Lymphatic Brush with a new Limited Edition. Brought to life through specialised engineering, this exclusive launch brings quiet luxury, a touch of fun and effortless chic to your self-care ritual.
Why Miria Recommends: The Cecily Braden Lymphatic Brush Limited Edition Set After years of advanced training and working with complex health conditions—including pre and post-operative care for breast cancer patients and others that many therapists shy away from—I have come to rely on tools that deliver real, therapeutic results. The Cecily Braden Lymphatic Brush is not a cosmetic tool; it is a professional-grade device that empowers my clients to continue their healing journey at home. I recommend it because it provides a safe and effective way to manage serious health concerns, bridging the gap between clinical treatments and essential daily self-care.
I absolutely love this set for daily lymphatic support. It elevates the experience while still functioning as the world's first and only patented bristle brush designed for professional-grade facial and body lymphatic drainage. The brush should be treated like your toothbrush—it must be handy, like in the bathroom or by your bedside. Experience immediate results while supporting long-term change and lasting benefits.
What Is The Lymphatic Brush? The Lymphatic Brush is a patented innovation that transforms the traditional dry brush into a tool of precision and elegance.
Patented Precision: It features a carefully calibrated double-density bristle system that gently engages the skin to encourage tissue-fluid movement and lymphatic flow. This helps maintain fluid balance, natural waste removal, and healthy immune function. Gentle, rhythmic stimulation also encourages relaxation and supports nervous system regulation.
The Lymphatic Brush System (Small + Large): Although they appear the same, the small and large brush differ in bristle length and density to provide the appropriate pressure from head to toe. The small brush features longer, softer bristles for the eyes, nose, mouth, and brows. The large brush has shorter, firmer bristles for the neck, jawline, cheeks, forehead and full body.
Ergonomic Design: The ergonomic contoured shape ensures proper contact with the surface of the skin and accurate alignment with the lymph nodes and lymphatic pathways.
All Skin Types: The bristles are 100% vegan, soft, but durable. They won't scratch, irritate, or damage sensitive and fragile skin types.
Sustainable & Luxurious Packaging: The faux wooden handle is made with GRS Certified (Global Recycle Standard) post-consumer recyclables. The eco-protective cases are made of 100% recycled and recyclable materials. It comes in a premium, reusable presentation storage box featuring a signature tortoiseshell finish, hot-stamped detailing, and a coordinating interior.
How I Use It in My Practice and Daily Life: In my clinical work, I use and teach the lymphatic brush techniques to address significant health challenges and support the body's innate healing capabilities.
Morning Routine (Quick 5 Minutes): I usually have a shower and then brush my body. If I'm short on time and notice my legs feel tight, I will just brush my legs—from my toes, up my ankle, calf, behind the knee, thighs, and glutes.
Targeted Drainage: If I notice I'm congested around my armpits, I will drain my triceps into my armpit (where the nodes are) to help the breast area as well.
Nighttime Facial Drainage: My favourite is when I'm in bed. I use the brushes for the face and neck. I brush the neck first because that's the terminus, then focus on puffy eyes, the nose, cheeks, jawline, and forehead.
On the Go: I even bring my brush on the plane to de-puff my face while travelling, which clears my head and makes me feel so much better.
How to Use at Home The effectiveness is due to the connection of the textured bristles with the skin and following the natural lymphatic pathways towards the regional, or closest lymph node clusters.
As you sweep, gently engage the tissue to create a subtle stretch or shift in the skin.
This action helps pull open the initial lymphatic vessels, allowing interstitial fluid to enter.
Rhythmic, directional sweeps support the vessels' natural pumping action and encourage lymph flow.
It's not about pressure or forcing through any tension that may exist.
Simply relax, breathe, and let each movement flow with ease.
Before Using the Brushes at Home Ensure you are completely hydrated. When you drain your lymph, your system speeds up, and you can quickly become dehydrated, leading to headaches or dizziness. Top up your water when you are doing drainage—it's essential.
Important Health Considerations This is a professional tool and must be used with awareness.
Use caution and alter your technique if you have bronchitis, low blood pressure, a hyperactive thyroid, a raised mole, or during menstruation.
Contraindications: Do NOT use if you have active cancer, Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT), Congestive Heart Failure (CHF), or an acute infection or inflammation.
