How to Use & Care:
Prepare: Wash the pack before first use.
Apply Oil: Lay flat, apply castor oil evenly to the middle, avoiding edges.
Wear: Wrap on your knee, arm, neck, or abdomen; adjust straps. Wear for 45-60 minutes to nourish your body.
Clean: Mix warm water, baking soda, and natural dish soap in a bowl. Soak pack overnight. Hand wash, rinse, wring, and lay flat to dry. Alternatively, machine wash on a cold cycle with natural detergent.
